  • Receive a call

    A visitor requests entry via the intercom, and the resident’s phone rings.

  • Answer

    The resident can access the intercom’s audio system or video camera by answering their phone.

  • Open the door

    By pressing ‘open’ on our app, or the ‘*’ button on a landline phone, the resident can grant access to the visitor.

Who can I contact in the event of any issue?

Your first port of call for anything to do with your Intratone system should always be your housing manager, who will be best placed to resolve any issues.
