Receive a call
A visitor requests entry via the intercom, and the resident’s phone rings.

Answer
The resident can access the intercom’s audio system or video camera by answering their phone.

Open the door
By pressing ‘open’ on our app, or the ‘*’ button on a landline phone, the resident can grant access to the visitor.

Phone out of action? Our cloud-based apps are compatible with tablets and Windows PCs too, so, even if one of your personal devices fails you, Intratone won’t.

Why when you receive an incoming is it coming through on a French number? Being a French-based company, this is just how the infrastucture works. Fear not, calls received from this number are cost free.

Need to let a friend or clearer in, say? That’s the beauty of the Intratone system – with no static handsets, your virtual handset is with you everywhere… because your mobile is with you everywhere.

No problem. Speak to your housing association or property manager and they can reprogram a fob remotely and send it out to you in the post. If you’re not sure of their details, use our handy postcode search function below.

As when you leave any property, you’ll want to hand your key back to your housing manager. You needn’t worry about resetting login codes, as this will be done remotely prior to the tenant’s arrival.

Who can I contact in the event of any issue?
Your first port of call for anything to do with your Intratone system should always be your housing manager, who will be best placed to resolve any issues.
If you don’t know the number of your housing manager, feel free to fill out this form and we will do everything we can to put you in touch with the right person.
