Century Quay, a residential development in Plymouth, has been managed by Vickery Holman since 2011. With residents looking for a modern, user-friendly and secure access solution, the property management team turned to Universal Fire & Security to help upgrade the building’s entry system.

The Solution

Universal Fire & Security fitted the Intratone SC-03 intercom system with integrated fob reader, providing a secure and convenient way for residents to access the building.

• Installation took just 2 days, with no to minimising disruption for residents.

• Additional access control was also fitted at the rear, allowing secure entry to the development’s garage.

• With Intratone’s cloud-based system, property managers can update and manage access remotely, without the need for on-site visits.
