Choosing this package is easy too, with a simple monthly subscription for this service – a low cost per dwelling means that it can easily be rolled into service charges. When it comes to budgeting, be sure to factor in the price of hardware since it isn’t included, so has to be bought separately. This service plan is ideal for housing professionals who want a pay-as-you-go access control solution.

Prepaid contract: for added value

Looking for a futureproof access control solution? This one’s for you. Like the monthly subscription option, the Prepaid Package includes GSM-based wireless communications between residents’ smartphones and intercoms, all-important audio capabilities (and video if required) – as well as some added extras. And as with the monthly option, users have access to Intratone’s remote online management system and our apps: namely, My Intratone Intercom for residents and Intratone Pro for housing and property managers. Plus, both packages provide three years of warranty on the equipment and telephone technical support, when needed.

The difference is, with the Prepaid Package there’s an upfront payment for 15 years’ worth of service and materials. With a five-year commitment, this option also comes with hardware included in the price, which could be a deal-breaker for forward-thinking housing professionals.
