The science bit

A press of an intercom button sends a GSM call to the Intratone cloud server.

That server then sends a request to the device that the tenant is using to control the access point.

The response is then sent back through the cloud and down to the intercom to confirm whether access is granted or not.

The beauty of the cloud-based system is that, because it’s a smart, always-online system, countless servicing and analysis tasks can be performed remotely, without the need for expensive callouts.
