Key Safe

In modern homes and communal buildings, storing general keys in a key safe is an ideal way to allow maintenance workers, gardeners, or carers to access the property without leaving a physical key under a doormat, for example. Approved visitors will be given a unique code to access the key safe, which can be changed anytime for security purposes. 

This helps property managers establish when and how frequently workers visit the property. It also helps with your property management log and identifies the last person to open the key safe in case a key goes missing.
